How to delete your Iora Festivals account

You can permanently delete your account in the App without contacting us. The in-app process is immediate and free.

Delete your account in the App

Open Iora Festivals and sign in.
Open Settings.
Select Account.
Select Delete Account.
Review what will happen, then confirm deletion.

This cannot be undone. When the App confirms success, your identity and sessions have been deleted and there is no restore link or waiting period. Save anything you need before confirming.

If you cannot use the App

Email privacy@iora.network from the email address linked to your account. Include the display name used in the App and say that you want your Iora Festivals account deleted. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the account is yours. We normally complete a verified request within one month, as required by applicable data-protection law.

If deletion does not finish

If the App says deletion is incomplete, use Retry deletion. The saved deletion request resumes from the point it reached. Do not assume deletion is complete until the App shows the completion screen. If the request remains blocked or fails, email privacy@iora.network and include the reference shown by the App.

What happens to your data

Pulse approximate location	Stops being associated with the account and expires under the short session retention rule.	Deleted within 24 hours.
Push token	Account-linked registration is deleted. You can also disable notifications in device settings.	As part of deletion.
Pseudonymous crash and analytics events	Account-linked data is erased where identifiable. Data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may remain until normal expiry.	According to the provider retention period.
Minimal deletion audit record and legally required records	A minimised, one-way protected record may be kept to prove and safely resume deletion, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. It is not a usable account.	Only as long as reasonably or legally required.
